1. Make Red Espresso (you can use an espresso maker, moka pot, french press, or a drip coffee maker.) We recommend the french press for a no fuss, can’t-mess-it-up process.
2. Fill a glass to the top with ice.
3. Fill glass with cold water, leaving enough space for a double shot of red espresso.
4. Add 1 squirt flavored syrup. Peach, pomegranate, lemon or berry flavors work best. (Also, just squeezing fresh lemon juice is super good.)
5. Pour in a double shot of Red Espresso and stir to mix flavors. Garnish with mint or lemon wedge.
