I’ve tried a large variety of espresso pods, but the Bristot Espresso pods are definitely in my top 3. The flavor is always consistently smooth and not bitter like some other espressos. It has a nice round body and full mouthfeel; I rarely add anything, but it stands up very well to milk. The crema is fantastic on this one. It’s always thick–even on a lower end espresso machine. The rich flavor works really well for lattes and cappuccinos. This espresso definitely tastes like you ground the beans and tamped it yourself.
